The Workshop

 

     This session is prepared for individuals who participated in the first workshop conducted on May 15th 2009.  The main objectives of this workshop include:

 

1)      To enhance the ability of performing the Four Moves of Seated Tai Chi Quan;

2)      To improve the understanding of the principles of Tai Chi Quan movements;

3)      To discuss the methods of teaching the Four Moves of Seated Tai Chi Quan to population of various health conditions and physical characteristics.
